You could hear him coming from two blocks away. With swing jazz blasting from the car speakers, he slowly ambled up Lexington going barely more than 10 mph. He finally rounded the corner and – catching our attention – riffed off an air trumpet solo.

Love this guy. You and I could hear him coming down the street. Weather?… perfect! Vehicle?…clean as a whistle! Clothes?…. dressed to the nine’s! Music?…. smooth jazz pumped to max! Around and around the block he went. We would up chasing to a location by the bridge down the street to catch him coming around the corner again.
